These terms govern your use of this website and the free metrics check call. Paid engagements run under a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Who we are
This site is operated by Sculpted Systems LLC. Using the site or booking a call means you agree to these terms.
The free metrics check
The metrics check is a no-cost review of your metrics. You drive your own screen and we share what we see. It is our considered opinion, not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it does not create a client relationship on its own. You decide what to do with it.
Paid work
Any build or ongoing work is scoped, priced, and agreed in writing before it starts, including a data agreement covering access. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not scrape or copy it to pass off as your own.
Our content
The text, design, and brand on this site belong to Sculpted Systems LLC. You may read and share links to it. You may not reuse the content commercially without permission.
Third-party services
We use Cal.com for booking, Cloudflare for hosting, and Google Workspace for email. Your use of those is also subject to their terms. How we handle data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The site and the metrics check are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result from acting on what we share.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sculpted Systems LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the free metrics check. Liability for paid work is governed by its own agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sculpted Systems LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
