This site is operated by Sculpted Systems LLC. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

Paid work

Any build or ongoing work is scoped, priced, and agreed in writing before it starts, including a data agreement covering access. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't scrape or copy it to pass off as your own.

Our content

The text, design, and brand on this site belong to Sculpted Systems LLC. You may read and share links to it. You may not reuse the content commercially without permission.

Third-party services

We use Cal.com for booking, Cloudflare for hosting, and Google Workspace for email. Your use of those is also subject to their terms. How we handle data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result from acting on what we share.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sculpted Systems LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for paid work is governed by its own agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sculpted Systems LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
